What does unlimited video design mean?

Exactly what it sounds like! Whether you have 1 or 1000 videos that need to be created, we'll work on each and everyone of them for a flat monthly rate. We'll work on each video as they come in but if you have a project that needs to take priority, let us know and we'll take care of it for you.

What if the video design isn't what I want?

We allow for unlimited revisions. Simply make note of what needs to be changed or updated through the RYSE Dashboard and our team will get it updated for you fast. For every video, your project manager will review and check to ensure everything is up to spec before sending it to you.

How do I send you my video assets?

Our process is super simple. All you have to do is fill out our project request page on the RYSE Dashboard and attach any assets or links (Good Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and we'll take care of the rest. If you want, we can send you a special link for you to upload all your assets for quicker hand-offs.

What is the turnaround time for video projects?

We work fast. On average, basic video projects can take anywhere between 36-48 hours to complete. However, more complex projects can take a few days extra. Let us know if there is a hard deadline for each project and we can prioritize accordingly.
